The bedroom is 20m2 and has a new box-spring bed and blackout curtains. The spacious kitchen/living room is 36m2 and has a 4-person dining table, sofa, armchair and flat screen. Both apartments have a new kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4-burner induction hob, dolce gusto coffee maker and microwave. The entire house has underfloor heating and is ground floor. From the living room through a patio door to the terrace overlooking the meadow with fields and heathland behind. There is a roof for storing bicycles with charging points for electric bicycles.
