This beautiful two-person vacation home is located at the edge of the village of Schoonloo in the National Brook and Esdorpen Landscape Drentse Aa. Our property is located in the National Park Drentsche Aa. This ancient nature reserve is the best preserved esdorpen landscape of Western Europe and is characterized by streams, heaths, fens, extensive forests, sand lakes and beaches. It is a very nice place for recreation! Take a bike ride or hike through nature, visit one of the cozy villages or enjoy a day on the water at one of the lakes. It is a beautiful natural area with vast forests, moorlands and tourist villages with many cycling and walking routes. At 300 meters walking distance you will find a quiet swimming lake in the middle of the forest. From our grounds you can walk straight into the woods and moors with many cycling and walking routes. For the children there are swings, a diving frame, table tennis, a soccer field, go-karts, various scooters and more. There is also an animal pasture on the property where goats, shetlanders, chickens and rabbits live. There is also a cozy covered campfire area (a fee is charged for the wood) that can be used. Enjoy the convenience of sandwich service and take-away. Saturday is grill day and delicious grilled chicken is offered. There is also a library with books, games and coloring pages for the children. For bicycle rental you can go to Kamies Fietenverhuur in Valthe. Many brochures are available at the reception desk, offering all the information you need for an unforgettable stay!

The house has its own fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary amenities, such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle and an induction cooktop. The bedroom has two comfortable single box-spring beds, which can be pushed together or apart as desired. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet.
