The cottage was thoroughly refurbished in 2023, a now has:

- spacious living room with 2 lazy leather sofas and a cozy oak dining table (six persons)
- small workspace / play table in separate room
- Large master bedroom with double bed
- Children's bedroom with bunk beds (90x200)

- Ample closet space, fiber optic internet and (smart) TV with ESPN for the enthusiast

The woodland garden is large and sheltered, including:
- Six-seater dining table with comfortable chairs
- Good loungers for the summers
- Trampoline, swing and enough space to play soccer for the kids
- Barbecue and fire basket
You can park on private property, the last 250m are unpaved but passable.
House rules: no groups, parties or pets, no smoking. Nature rules: no radio outside, no going into the woods after dusk.
