This beautiful vacation home is located in Lhee just outside the Drenthe village of Dwingeloo. The vacation home is in the middle of a stately, thatched farmhouse built in 1910. The owners and their family live in the front and back house. The original trusses of the farm are still completely intact, which can be seen in almost all rooms of the vacation home. The farm has been completely renovated, so you can imagine yourself in luxury while enjoying the authentic details. The vacation home is spacious, imposing and modern. The high ceilings and beautiful materials compliment the authentic elements of the accommodation. This vacation home is ideally suited for families and large families. The 62 m2 living room/kitchen, spacious bedrooms and expansive garden offer plenty of room for everyone! Located near the Drenthe village of Dwingeloo, a trip to Dwingelderveld National Park, Het Blauwe Meer recreational lake and Westerbork Remembrance Camp is easily made. You enter the imposing entrance through the "baander" of the farm. From the entrance you have access to a separate toilet, a bedroom with two single box-spring beds and washbasin, the living room/kitchen and the stairs upstairs. The living room and kitchen has a spacious, comfortable sitting area with a corner sofa, two armchairs and a television. The large dining room table offers ample space for ten people. The beautiful kitchen has the latest appliances and is fully equipped. These include a combination microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Douwe Egberts quick filter coffee machine and a Nespresso. The large windows and sliding doors provide plenty of light and a nice view of the large garden. The first floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating.Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single box spring beds. The other bedroom can accommodate four people and has two single box spring beds and a bunk bed. The bedrooms have ample closet space. Upstairs you will also find the luxurious, spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub, rain and hand shower and two washbasins. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the terrace with garden furniture and a fenced piece of garden. The garden extends even further and gives plenty of room to play and relax together. There is also a trampoline and pool here. At the accommodation there is enough space to park your car. Your bicycles can be safely stored in the shed.
