This modern and luxuriously furnished five-person vacation home is located in Southwest Drenthe in the nostalgic Drenthe village of Vledder. This village is situated in a beautiful wooded area with heaths and sand drifts. In addition to Vledder, you will find the beautiful villages of Dwingeloo, Ruinen and Havelte. The vacation home has a beautiful large garden in which several cozy seating areas are laid out, with a beautiful sea of wildflowers in the spring, summer and autumn. A feast for the eyes!

The vacation home has a living room with a sitting area and a television. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, a (combi-)microwave, filter coffee maker and an induction hob for cooking. There are two large bedrooms, one of which is a loft with three single beds, one of which is suitable for children up to 10 years old. The other bedroom is on the first floor and has two single box spring beds. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation home. For the children there is a high chair and a crib and there are toys available. Outside is a terrace with seating adjacent to the beautiful garden. The entire vacation home has underfloor heating.The vacation home is heated in winter with a water/water heat pump that uses solar heat stored in the ground. In summer, this system provides cooling for the house, so there is always a pleasant living environment. On the roof is a solar collector that provides the home with hot shower and tap water. So no more gas is used, the electricity is provided as much as possible by the solar panels, which are set up in the vegetable garden.
