There is a nice shower room with sink and toilet. There are two terraces in the garden, equipped with garden furniture. Around the house on a private plot of almost 500 m2 is a beautiful woodland garden landscaped with shrubs, green natural partitions and parking for the car. You can choose between sun or shade spots. Privacy guaranteed.
