Description
What could be nicer than waking up on the water? Experience it in houseboat 'de Valreep', directly on and at the Sneekermeer in Jachthaven Waterrijck. The bustle of the harbor combined with the fantastic view over the open water makes for a unique experience. From the living room you can see the cargo ships and typical Frisian skûtsjes pass by, just like the fishermen who sail out of the harbor before dawn in search of a nice spot. And do not forget the wide variety of water birds, which you can admire from the roof terrace, or from your own garden.

Accommodation
This houseboat for four is located in Offingawier, in the harbor on the Sneekermeer. On the front terrace (18m2) you can enjoy the sun at the dining table, or on the lounge sofa for two.

Through the double sliding door you then step into the living room. Plop down on the sofa in the sitting area in front of the flat-screen television, or sink into one of the two pink armchairs. The living room is air-conditioned. But even on colder days, the houseboat offers you a cozy and cozy accommodation. An attractive fireplace provides warmth and coziness in the evenings.

The open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences. Think of a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine (filter). There is also a dining table for six. All the space for cozy breakfast and dinner!

From the living room you come into the hallway. On one side you will find the toilet (with fountain and mirror), on the other side the bathroom with shower, sink and a spacious closet for towels. If you walk further down the hallway, you will reach the bedrooms. These are two identical bedrooms with two single beds (80-120x200 cm), air conditioning, their own hanging cupboard, closet and blanket chest. There is also a folding baby bed (60x120 cm).

Through both bedrooms you get to the terrace at the back (6 m2 facing south). Through this terrace you can use the spiral staircase to the roof terrace (approximately 30 m2), where the sun can be found all day. Here is a large lounge set, equipped with thick cushions, a lounge chair, lounge sofas and a lounge table. In addition to the terraces, this houseboat has a garden (100 m2) facing northwest, right on the Sneekermeer. Please note that this garden is not fenced. The garden has grass and is large enough to always find a spot in the sun. Lovely to play in, lie down or use as a base for water sports. And of course you can also barbecue in the garden! Houseboat 'Valreep' has one private parking space. There are more parking options in the immediate vicinity.

Surroundings
In the harbor you can rent sups and sailboats to explore the area via water. You can also enjoy delicious food at the beach club with restaurant here. In the immediate vicinity of the houseboat you can have fun on the water-ski track, or relax on one of the beaches. The city of Sneek is a 10-minute drive away. Or choose to rent a sloop, which takes you in 20 minutes to Ter Herne, Goingarijp or Sneek to enjoy a drink and dinner. Of course you can also make beautiful day trips with the sloop.
