Holiday property - Huisje in Geesteren

In the hamlet Nettelhorst, located in the silence area between Lochem and Geesteren, surrounded by the characteristic coulisse landscape of the Achterhoek, in a walking and cycling route network, is our yard. In the middle of the over 1 ha food forest under construction is a rustic farmhouse from 1931 which has been split, the fully separated front house of the farmhouse has been converted by us into a cozy vacation home for 2 people. The stylish house has a spacious garden, a robust kitchen, a cozy living room, a bedroom with oak double bed with fresh bedding, a shower and separate toilet,. Optionally, the nature cottage can be set up with 2 single bedrooms. The ceilings are filled with a layer of paper flakes, the outer walls are insulated with wood fiber boards and equipped with wall heating and all walls are plastered with clay, which provides a wonderful experience all year round, refreshingly cool in summer, comfortably warm in winter.
