Then you have found the right spot: Kom in de Bedstee in Bredevoort, between Aalten and Winterswijk has got all of that! Bredevoort lies in the Achterhoek
(the Achterhoek is the name of a region close to the German border, it is part of one of the twelve counties in the Netherlands named Gelderland).
Have you always wondered what it would be like to sleep in a real bedstee? They are roomy and luxurious. A bedstee (or bedstead) is an old authentic Dutch bed which has been build into a closet (see the pictures on this website). You can close the closet so you can totally concentrate on yourself and relax.
It is sleeping in a nostalgic, cosy and old-fashioned way.
The group accommodation with 15 bedstedes for 30 people is fitted out with all conveniences. The group accommodation is very pleasant for both children as well as their parents, a real nice experience! That is why we would very much like to welcome you at Kom in de Bedstee.
The children can play at the inside in the beautiful playground. At the outside there is a large field of grass with many things to play with. For the true lovers of hot tubs, we have one present, it can be used all year long.
You will find the group accommodation in beautiful surroundings, where you can lovely bicycle and walk. Kom in de bedstee has a very large dayroom which is fitted out with all modern conveniences. For the smaller children high chairs and small beds are available.
