Holiday property - Vakantiehuisje in Zutphen

On our vacation farm are 4 sustainable tiny houses, each suitable for 2-6 people. The houses are comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and (filter) coffee maker. There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 boxsprings (2.10m). On the sleeping loft there are 2 slatted bases with mattresses (2.10m long). The mezzanine is accessible via the stairs in the living room (see photo). There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living room has a dining and lounge area with TV. Electricity is provided by solar cells. Each cottage has a hot tub which can be booked for €50 per filling. In the garden is an outdoor fireplace with bbq grill. The cottages are a nice starting point for walking and cycling routes. Several routes are ready. Bike rental available on site. In the cottage there are several outdoor games and nature search maps. On Sundays a lazy sunday can be booked for €25 (until 18h).
