Holiday property - Groene Heuvels 44

Welcome to our house.
We are Helma and Jo and because we quite often abroad, we want others to enjoy our beautiful vacation Groene Heuvels 44 on Holiday Park 't Broeckhuys in Ewijk.
The house is fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a spacious living room with open kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and through the corridor you enter the second bedroom with 2 separate single beds and then there is downstairs another bedroom with 2 separate single beds. there is also a camp bed and a highchair.
In the living room on the corner sofa you can enjoy various programs on the TV and in the house there is internet with free wifi. The living room is in open communication with the luxuriously equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge / freezer, coffee maker, dolchegusta machine, kettle, toaster, toaster, induction stove, microwave and separate oven.
The house is heated by a central heating system that also provides hot water for showers and for safety the house is equipped with smoke detectors and a co2 detector.
If you go out through the double patio doors you come to the terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque.
The house is only rented as a recreation house, parties and bachelor parties are not allowed and we also do not rent to migrant workers. The house is non-smoking but pets are welcome.
