Helpmekaar is originally a Customs guard post from Brabant. At the beginning of World War I, it stood in Chaam, near the Dutch-Belgian border.
In the early 1920s, the wooden house was moved to the Veluwe, municipality of Putten. Since 1930 it has been a family holiday home. Since 15 years, the house has been brought within a family foundation.
The estate covers over 7 hectares of forest. There is complete privacy and no nuisance from other houses. The house is located close to the outer edge of the built-up area of the municipality of Putten.
In the West part of the house are three bedrooms with a total of eight beds. In East are also three bedrooms with six beds. Both sides each have their own sitting room, bathroom, kitchen and toilet.
There is central heating, a washing machine, two dishwashers, a
microwave, two large Boretti ovens. There is fiber optic Wifi, television. The west part is fully insulated with double glazing. The roof is insulated. So in winter very comfortable.
