'de Zeearend' is a detached recreation house situated in a unique location, both on the edge of the "National Park Lauwersmeer" and "The National Park Schiermonnikoog" with in between the beautiful nature reserve "Het Wad", the quietest area in the Netherlands with the cleanest air and more sun hours than the average in the Netherlands!
In the surroundings of Lauwersoog a mountain bike route of 19 km has been created.

The house is situated on its own sheltered and enclosed plot of approximately 550m2, with the possibility of parking on site.
Property has several terraces, there is always somewhere to enjoy the sun or shade.
Opposite the house is a playground.


The 6-person house has 3 bedrooms. These have new box spring beds, comforters and pillows. The master bedroom has a twin comforter (bed 1.80 x 2.10). The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets.

The house has a new kitchen with coffee maker and Senseo, pressure cooker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. In the garden house is a washer and dryer and a freezer.
The whole house has underfloor heating.

'de Zeearend' does not have a charging point for an electric car.
Charging through the grid is not allowed. If it turns out afterwards that you did use this, we will charge you.

Pets are not allowed in De Zeearend.

Prices are for an occupancy of 6 persons or less.
January to April ¤ 445.00 per week. (Vacation ¤ 520,00)
May and June ¤ 695,00 per week. (Vacation ¤ 745,00)
July and August ¤ 895,00 per week.
September ¤ 725,00 per week.
October ¤ 605 (autumn vacation ¤ 705 per week.
November and December ¤695.00 per week.
Christmas and New Year ¤ 745,00 per week.

Only weekly rental with changeover day on Saturday.

The wood-fired hot tub, supplied with clean water on arrival, costs ¤125,- per week.

Rental prices include kitchen and bathroom linen. (bath towels, washcloths, dishcloths, towels)

Tourist tax
As landlord, we must collect tourist tax from you and pay it to the municipality of Het Hogeland. Rate ¤1,50 p.p.p.n. The above information is only informative. Please refer to the official municipal regulations.

Compulsory final cleaning is ¤55,00.
