Do you love lake views, water sports and like to combine that with peace and quiet? Then this large nature house overlooking the lake is wonderful! If you are with a larger family, or want to spend some quiet time with friends (there is a minimum age of 25 years), this is the place for you. All year round you can enjoy this large villa (gasless) and energy neutral on the lake. It has heating and pellet stove (great in winter) a kitchen with combi-oven, dishwasher and nespresso machine. A toilet on the first floor and one in the bathroom. On the first floor is the dining room and living room with SMART TV and Netflix option. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. This makes it suitable for 8 people. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and one with a large rain shower.
