On a private plot of 3000m² in an idyllic spot stands this picturesque cottage with complete privacy. There is a very large garden/forest and a beautiful conservatory where you can enjoy nature. The cottage (100m²) is located on the nature reserve Sassenhein with a large (fishing) lake in front. Inside are on the first floor the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The ground floor has level differences. There are also two bedrooms upstairs (see floor plan photos). Outside is a nice porch equipped with a BBQ. At 200 meters you will find a pavilion on the water where you can enjoy lunch and drinks. Also, the center of Haren is nearby with many stores and cozy cafes. Also, the transfer station Haren at 1.5 km. Furthermore, the cottage is fully equipped: Kitchen with built-in appliances, toilet, bathroom, CV and Internet. Pets allowed, final cleaning obligatory.
