These two beautiful and adjacent double studios with covered terrace, are located very rural on the outskirts of the Nostalgic, Limburg Church village of Buggenum. Buggenum is located about five kilometers north of Roermond. The studios have been realized in a former farmhouse. The farmhouse also houses the owner's home. From your studios you walk within ten minutes to the Maas, cup of coffee or tea at the Veerhuis and above all enjoy. For fishing enthusiasts this is also a fantastic base. The wetland has many beautiful "fishing spots". From Buggenum it is worthwhile to go shopping in Roermond (Outlet) or Venlo (Maasboulevard), but a day trip to South Limburg with its Maastricht and Valkenburg are also great to do from this location. Surprising area!

Both studios have a cozy living- bedroom with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The open kitchen includes a two-burner stove, fridge with freezer, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. In the living room there is a comfortable double bed. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. Outside a lovely garden, and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking is available at the studios.
