This beautiful 16-person group accommodation is located in the picturesque town of Arcen in the north of Limburg. This attractive group accommodation reflects one and all luxury. The house is detached and despite being next to the 16 to 18 person group accommodation, you will experience sufficient privacy. The vacation home is cozy, attractive and child-friendly, well insulated and equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning (in living room). The owners attach great importance to your safety and the fire safety provisions are therefore fully in order. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and has wide doors and low thresholds, making it very accessible for disabled people. During your stay, you can make use of two cribs, two high chairs, shower stools and/or extra handles on request.

The group accommodation has a hall with a closet and a wardrobe. In the spacious living and dining room you will find a smart TV, Blu-Ray player and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher a 5 burner stove with oven, a large refrigerator, filter coffee maker and a microwave. The accommodation has four double bedrooms, two of which are suitable for disabled persons, each with its own sink, toilet and shower. There are two four-person bedrooms with bunk beds and their own washbasins. There is also a separate sanitary room and a separate toilet for shared use. Outside you can enjoy the spacious terraces and under the terrace cover of 6m x 4m. The driveway, terraces and paths are all paved and your car can be parked at the rear of the accommodation or in the parking lot at the front. On the property there is also a shared recreation room where table tennis, table soccer, four in a row and darts can be played, among other things. The garage includes a go-kart, scooters and walking cars. Outside you will find another large playing field with playground equipment and a large trampoline. In the owner's private garden there is a swimming pool. The pool can be used in the summer months for a maximum of one hour per day.Fully adapted for the disabled:The accommodation is fully equipped with 90cm wide doors and completely barrier-free, with the exception of the outside doors where a small threshold is necessary. The outside doors are also escape doors. For this reason, the outside doors are equipped with a lock, which allows you to lock the door, but from the inside one can always go outside. The central corridor is 130 cm wide. Especially for disabled people, the accommodation has two double rooms, each with its own bathroom, which are extra wide (150cm). These bathrooms are equipped with height-adjustable toilet handles (on one side of the toilet), free-standing handles and on request there are two shower stools available. The bathrooms are not spacious enough for a shower stretcher.The beds can be placed separately from each other, so that there is also sufficient "rolling space" in the bedroom. The beds are equipped with a mattress protector, a flannel and, of course, a comforter and a pillow.
