The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, Nespresso machine, kettle and accessories. The bathroom has a luxury double shower, toilet and vanity unit. Bedroom with double bed. In the outdoor area is the jacuzzi located, covered with shade. Comfortable loungers and outdoor set with table and chairs. Separate storage room.
The plot is 6500m2 with pond, sitting pit with picnic table and fruit orchard.
