Holiday property - Huisje in Achtmaal

Nature cottage rural but sheltered location near the Belgian border on dead end paved path. The cottage has a large pond, playground, sunny terrace and is surrounded by trees but at the rear has a rural view where deer regularly pass. It is a simple nature cottage with living room, garden doors to the terrace adjacent to the pond. There is an open kitchen with kitchenette (gas hob and coffee maker) with next to it a closet and the back door. The bathroom has a shower and sink. In the hall is the toilet, front door, staircase and the bedroom (bed 140x200) on the ground floor. On the upper floor is the landing and there are 2 bedrooms (140x200 and 130x190). In the cottage there is no central heating but there is an excellent wood stove. Because the cottage is located on a cul-de-sac there is plenty of parking and privacy. As mentioned, the border with Belgium is nearby and with 30 car minutes you are in Antwerp or Breda.
