If you are looking for a perfect accommodation for your friends or family weekend, we can certainly recommend this beautiful lodge. To start, this beautiful accommodation has a large central room with: living area, dining tables with enough space for a cozy get-together and a bar modern music system. Of course, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a a dishwasser with automatic soap system, and a luxury coffee machine, how ideal. One of your favorite areas will be the recreation room with: pool table and pinball machine (1 euro per game), p
poker table, shuffleboard, checkers board and cornholl game. Upstairs you will find 9 bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds and private bathrooms. Each bedroom is decorated with great attention to detail, each entirely in its own theme. The beds can be put together or separately, so you can addept the accommodation according to your own wishes.
This house is located at the edge of the Maashorst a beautiful nature reserve area of no less than 2400 HA. This area is well maintained with beautiful walking routes, cycle paths, mountain bike routes and even a gnome themed walking route for the little ones. The visiting center is within walking distance of the lodge.
The town of Uden is just 5 km away, here you can do your daily shopping, but there is also a wide range of shops, restaurants and catering establishments. The oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen, is only 35 km away. The Roman origins can still be found in the beautiful old buildings, there is a fantastic range of catering facilities and from here you can take a boat trip on the Waal river.

On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home
Upon arrival, the beds are made
Reservations for groups of persons under 22 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
COVID-19 Conditions:

- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.

- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.



So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.



- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
