This luxurious and idyllic two-person vacation home is located in the beautiful village of Twisk, near Medemblik and the IJsselmeer. The modern cottage is located on the estate of the Beukenhoeve, a cheese-cover farm dating from 1746. This is an ideal cottage for lovers of peace, nature, a spacious garden, fishing and bird watching. Every six to seven years, tulips are grown in the same field. This year, 2023, is the year of the tulip fields behind this cottage! From the garden, the covered terrace or from the bedroom you can see the tulips growing and flowering. A once-in-a-lifetime, wonderful experience! Day shopping in Alkmaar or Amsterdam, day at the North Sea beach, Radboud Castle in Medemblik or to the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, just some ideas for a trip in the vicinity. Come and enjoy!
