This brand new cottage is one of those cozy houses where you feel safe. In the right part with a large sliding glass door you have a nice sitting area where you can relax after an active day. The left part is a studio, equipped with a small complete kitchen together with the sleeping area, separated by a room divider. It is equipped with two single beds with a box spring, which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with a luxurious topper. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker and kettle.
The new bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. To make it complete, there is an air conditioner for the hottest summer days. You have access to a private terrace with a luxurious lounge set and parasol facing south.
