The house is suitable for four people and is located on a small, quiet vacation park in Egmond aan den Hoef. This beautiful, particularly quiet cottage is located near the dune entrance Het Woud of the beautiful North Holland Dune Reserve, between Egmond and Bergen. The vast dune reserve offers great opportunities for walking and cycling. The famous Schoorl Dunes are a few kilometers away. Fun places like Egmond and Bergen are within walking and cycling distance. Alkmaar is about 8 kilometers away and is also really worth a visit! The garden offers lots of privacy. Because of its location on the park and its surroundings, it is very suitable for nature lovers and peace seekers.

This vacation home is modernly furnished and fully equipped. On the first floor you will find the cozy and bright living room with fireplace, and garden doors to the terrace. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped including three types of coffee makers. The bathroom is on the first floor and has a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The house has a total of three bedrooms, sleeping a total of five. Because the cottage is not large, you will be most comfortable staying there with up to four people. On the first floor is a (parents') bedroom with a double bed. This is located opposite the (children's) bedroom. It contains a single bed and a crib. Because of the location of these two bedrooms, the cottage is also suitable for a family with young children. For them there are also a tripod chair, stools at the two sinks, children's crockery and various toys. In the attic is a third bedroom with two single beds, TV, and in the attic a sink. This room is suitable for adults or older children. The narrow stairs to the attic are not suitable for small children or people with mobility problems. In the attic there is also a washing machine and drying rack. There is a clothesline in the garden. Around the cottage is a spacious terrace facing southwest. In the shed you can park your (rental) bikes and you will find a parasol, outdoor toys and a barbecue.
