Beautifully located nine-person vacation home in beautiful village of Groet (Schoorl). This accommodation is located on the grounds of a residential farm near the dunes and the sea on a quiet road. Tranquility in winter and vibrant cozy in summer including a romantic evening fair. The beautiful North Sea beach is 1700 meters from the vacation home, and is easily accessible on foot. Of course you can also go by car or bike. Bicycles can also be rented in the village so you can enjoy the widest dune in the Netherlands even more. Forests and polders are also nearby. You can go shopping in Bergen or Alkmaar.

This luxurious vacation home consists of half of a renovated farmhouse. From the living room there are doors to the terrace/garden, a cozy sitting area with TV, play and dining area. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, six-burner stove, combi microwave, Jura bean machine, kettle and fridge freezer. On the second floor are three bedrooms with six single box-spring beds. Of which one bedroom has an ensuite with a bathtub, sink and a toilet. The other bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. On the second floor you will find another bedroom with three single beds. One of these beds is located on a mezzanine with a sloping ceiling. The loft is only accessible via a steep staircase and therefore not suitable for the disabled. Outside you have a lovely garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture.
