On the main road of the quiet coastal village of Groote Keeten, which is located about 3 km. north of the cozy and bustling Callantsoog, you will find this vacation home for 2 people. The beach is within walking distance and there is a small camping store around the corner. The seaside vacation home is part of the owner's house and has a rich history. For example, the house used to be a small store. This history is still reflected in the house, through the windows that are in the indoor bedroom. Because of the privé driveway and private entrance from the street, the house still feels very privé, despite being built in the owner's house. A very nice place for a vacation on the coast of North Holland!

Helmweg 22 is a vacation home with garden and features a spacious living/dining room and kitchen. There is plenty of seating through the available 3-person sofa and 2 armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner stove, dishwasher and combination microwave. Behind the kitchen is the indoor bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200cm), which are already made up for you upon arrival. There is also a closet. The hall leads to a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The entire house is on one level and you step out onto the private driveway. There you can enjoy the sun on one of the garden chairs or at the picnic table. There is also a parasol for the extremely sunny days. Your car can be parked on private property. Free Wi-Fi is of course available in the house. Pets are not allowed here. In short, a wonderful place for a vacation at home!
