The 'Zilte Zee' is located in a quiet family park with all kinds of facilities such as playground, tennis court, mini golf, beach volleyball and restaurant with sunny terrace.
It has a lovely spacious private garden with several places to sit.
Through the doors you enter the cozy living room, followed by the open kitchen with large table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 5-burner stove, oven & dishwasher.
On the first floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
At the main entrance adjacent to the hall with checkroom you will also find a storage / pantry.
On the second floor are 2 bedrooms. One room has a double box spring bed and the other room has 2 separate box spring beds, ideal as a nursery.
In short, a lovely house for the whole family.
