A fine and affordable vacation home by the sea can be found on the beautiful bungalow park Duinland in Sint Maartenszee. The vacation park is located directly behind the dunes about 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The park has several small playgrounds for children and a tennis court. Because the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are so elongated, you can reach the beach via a beautiful cycling and walking path through the dunes. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is just a few minutes' walk from the vacation park in Sint Maartenszee, as are several restaurants, trunk markets and braderieën in the summer.

Duinland 111 is a comfortable vacation home in Sint Maartenszee suitable for 4 persons with a living area of 50m2. The bungalow has been extended with a 2nd bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Furthermore, the front of the kitchen and the bedroom have been completely renewed.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with, among other things, digital TV with Neflix, radio/CD player and by 2021 an air conditioner. Furthermore, the living room, bedroom and kitchen are equipped with an electric awning. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers space for 4 people. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave én microwave, induction stove, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and blender and an air-fryer.

There are 2 bedrooms in the bungalow. The master bedroom has a 2-person box spring (160x200cm) and a closet. From the bedroom you enter the 2nd bathroom through a connecting door. The bathroom has a sink and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single box spring beds (190/80cm and 200/90cm) and a closet and is accessible via the corridor and situated opposite the bathroom. The bathroom (2019) has a rain shower, sink with floor and mirror heating and a toilet. There is also a föhn in both bathrooms. All casement windows have mosquito nets. Baby bed with extra mattress and high chair available.

The garden also has a sunny terrace, wooden shed, where bicycles can be placed, roof with a two-seater garden bench with cushions. In the shed there is a second refrigerator, freezer and tumble dryer. You will also find a garden furniture set for 4-6 persons, 2 deck chairs with cushions, 2 parasols and a wagon. In the garden you will also find an outdoor tap with outdoor shower. Parking is close to the house, which can be easily reached through the garden door via the walkway on the right. Free Wi-Fi is available. Up to 2 dogs are allowed.
