Less than one kilometer from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee is park Duinland. The park has several small playgrounds for children and a tennis court. From your bungalow you can easily walk through the park into the dunes and you are with a few minutes on the beach. Because the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are so elongated, you can reach the beach via a beautiful cycling and walking path. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is just a few minutes' walk from the park, as are several restaurants, trunk markets and braderieën in the summer.

Duinland 115 is cozy, fully equipped and quietly located. The house is equipped for max. 4 persons. Through the front door you enter the hall, which leads you to the cozy living and dining room. The sitting area is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa as well as a relaxing armchair, a coffee table and a television. The modern dining area offers ample space for the whole party. The kitchen is new and equipped with the necessary appliances: fridge with freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo and filter coffee machine. In Duinland 115 there are two bedrooms. The largest is equipped with a large double bed and a television. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed (140 x 200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The spacious, fully enclosed garden can be reached through folding doors from the living/dining room. The large sun terrace offers plenty of privacy. A wonderful place to enjoy the sun and eat together! The garden can also be reached from behind. This offers you the opportunity to store your bikes in the garden or in the garden house. The house has Wifi and max. 1 small! dog is allowed.
