This charming vacation home is located in the head of Overijssel and is located at the rear on the owners' house plot. National Park Weerribben-Wieden is within walking distance of the vacation home. Would you rather get on your bike? Then visit Giethoorn, also called "The Venice of the North" or the picturesque harbor town of Blokzijl. The fortified town of Steenwijk, with its canals and city walls from the Eighty Years' War, is also within cycling distance and certainly worth a visit.

This four-person holiday home is located well away, at the back of the owners' house. The house dates from 2014, is built entirely of stone, insulated and attractively pencilled on the outside. The large garden and private driveway offer you more than enough privacy. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a television and a wood-burning stove. The beautiful, open kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, combi-oven, four-burner gas stove, filter coffee maker and an extensive kitchen inventory. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a rain and hand shower, sink and a toilet. Upon arrival, the beds are already made for you and hand, kitchen, tea, guest and dish towels are waiting for you. The terrace doors in the living room give access to a very spacious terrace deck, facing south. From this deck you can enjoy the expansive view of the surrounding meadows and fields. Outside on the southeast side of the vacation home you will find another cozy canopy. Free wifi is available in the house via fiber optic internet. The plot is situated on the fish-rich Steenwijkerdiep canal, has its own jetty and has excellent sailing connections with Giethoorn, the Gieterse Lakes, De Weerribben, De Wieden and Blokzijl. Next to the residence is a shed. In this space are the four horse stables of the homeowners.
