Holiday property - Boshuus Zorg

This care villa is large, spacious and can accommodate a group of up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). This adapted villa is very suitable for a care holiday as we offer care aids, the house has high-low beds, barrier-free wide doorways and is very spacious.

Ground floor

The large hall provides access to the bathroom, a separate toilet, the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. The large bathroom downstairs can be reached via the hall, but also via the spacious bedroom with 2 electrically adjustable high-low beds and TV. This way, wheelchair users can easily use the spaces. The extra spacious living room and barrier-free doorways also contribute to the convenience of disabled people. The bathroom on the ground floor is spacious and equipped with a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, a spacious walk-in shower, a large bubble bath, toilet and sink with large mirror. From the hall you enter the spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with among others a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
The spacious seating area has two comfortable sofas and a comfortable recliner. In addition to the large LED flat-screen TV and DVD player, you will also find an audio system here. From the living room you have access to your sunny private terrace. The spacious terrace is equipped with luxurious, adjustable garden furniture and a parasol.

First floor

On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with sufficient wardrobe space equipped with anti-allergy duvets, bedside reading lamps and clock radios. All windows have insect screens and blackout curtains. Sleeping wonderfully is no problem at all on the Cinderella box spring beds. In one of the bedrooms you will find a wooden children's bed, stair gate and highchair. If you have chosen this, the beds will already be made upon arrival. You will also find the second luxurious bathroom here with a steam shower cabin, sink with large mirror and toilet.

Care aids

Are aids such as a hoist, wall brackets or shower chair required? We will then be happy to place these in the villa for you. Simply indicate this when booking and we will contact you to ensure that we install the correct type. If you have any questions about aids or additional options, we are happy to help you!

Storage room

From the outside of the villa you also have access to your own storage room. This storage room offers space to store for example (electric) bicycles or a mobility scooter. Ideal to be able to charge these! The storage room also has a washing machine and dryer.
