entrance, cozy living and dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator, a beautiful bathroom with rain shower, toilet and double sink, and via a staircase in the living room a very cozy sleeping floor with comfortable box spring (180x210).
Living room and bedroom floor have air conditioning and air heating; the bathroom, dining room and sitting room also have infrared panels for pleasant radiant heat.
For cyclists, the garage, right next to the accommodation, offers space for safely storing and charging bicycles under lock and key.
Private garden and terrace with dining table and chairs, and two comfortable armchairs for relaxing.
