A spacious and comfortable apartment on Ameland for 2 persons. The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location in the polder near Ballum. A place where you can enjoy the murmur of the sea, peace and quiet and space. The apartment is located in the Ballummer polder in the vicinity of World Heritage Site the Wadden Sea. After a thorough renovation we started renting out our apartment in 2020. The apartment has a magnificent view. On the second floor a living room with sitting and dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, combination microwave, Senseo, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet are on the first floor. After a night in a lovely bed, pull open the curtains and look out over the countryside. The bedroom has a box spring of 2x90x200. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a sink. There is a generous private terrace facing south.
