This detached, comfortably furnished bungalow is located in the quiet residential area of Orchismient in De Koog, beach, dunes and village center within walking distance!
Layout:
The living room has a lounge sofa, 2 armchairs and a fireplace. The large dining table is near the semi-open bright kitchen. The spacious kitchen is equipped with fridge, 5-burner stove (induction), Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, kettle, combi-oven (including microwave) and dishwasher.
There is a second living room equipped with a lovely lounge sofa and a large smart TV.
There are 4 bedrooms, all equipped with 2 single beds and single comforters.
There are two bathrooms. The centrally located bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a toilet. The other bathroom belongs to one of the bedrooms and also has a double sink, double shower and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall.
The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer.
This bungalow has an enclosed backyard with an overhang terrace (for evening sun). At the front of the house is also a terrace (for the morning sun). Garden furniture is provided.

The dunes and the beach are nearby but you will also find the center of De Koog with several restaurants, stores and supermarkets within walking distance.
