Holiday property - Villa Duyncoogh

Villa Duyncoogh is a detached, spacious, comfortable and luxurious 14-person vacation home where you and your family and/or friends can enjoy plenty of comfort. This special vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood, just outside De Koog, with forest, dunes, beach and sea within walking distance. There are 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the first floor is a garden-oriented and spacious living room with many windows, a lovely lounge area, a large dining table and an open kitchen with bar. The handmade wooden kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove, a Quooker, a Nespresso machine, a coffee filter machine and a wine cooler, there is plenty of crockery and cutlery available. Through one of the three sliding doors you will enter the backyard.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom with bath and/or shower, sink and toilet.
Also on the first floor is a separate toilet and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
On the second floor are 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with at least a shower and a sink. There are 2 bedrooms with French doors to the balcony (at the rear of the house). On the second floor are also two separate toilets.
In the garden (fenced) is a large terrace with a large table and are a number of lounge sofas to relax on. Through the wooden terrace you can reach the indoor sauna with (hot) outdoor shower and jacuzzi.
In the small storage room the garden cushions are stored.
There is ample parking at this vacation home and in the carport you can store your (rental) bikes.
Upon arrival, the beds are made for you and there is a set of towels for each person.
It is possible to book a group of less than 14 people with fewer bedrooms, which means that you get a discount on the cleaning costs and the cost of bed linen and towels. We do not rent to groups of young people under the age of 25.
