In the middle of the Schotsman nature reserve and directly on the water located exclusive apartment on the ground floor with jetty, boat ramp and bathing ladder. Experience the dynamics of Veerse Meer and enjoy the most beautiful view of Zeeland. Here you can enjoy the water skiers, wakeboarders, passing boats and the changing colours on the rippling water with the setting sun in the background all day long. Moreover, the apartment is a short distance from the North Sea beach. This modern apartment has a spacious living area of 134 m2 and is equipped for 6 persons. A perfect location for any water sports enthusiast, but also a perfect base for a relaxing holiday.

The entrance gives access to two spacious bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom is accessible from the living room and also has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms have single beds. There is also a wonderful wellness area with a rain shower, whirlpool and Finnish sauna. The spacious and tastefully decorated living room has a flat screen satellite television. Because of the many windows all around, the view from the living room and kitchen is endless. Through the garden doors you have access to the lovely partly covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy the view until late at night. The spacious kitchen is equipped with various appliances, such as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and filter coffee maker.

The house is completely without thresholds, making it accessible for wheelchair users.  There is ample parking at the apartment. A charger for your electric car is also available (on request and for a fee).
