The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV with foreign package. From the living room, you have access to the spacious northeast-facing terrace with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture. Here you will enjoy beautiful side views of the marina and the vast polders.The spacious luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave oven, a fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
