Luxury and comfort are paramount in this tastefully and modernly furnished loft flat in Résidence Marina Kamperland. The combination of the location at the marina, the Veerse Meer lake and the North Sea beach make these flats unique and the perfect base for a luxury holiday in Zeeland.

This 4-person flat is located on the first floor and has a beautiful view of the marina of Kamperland. The entrance hall provides access to two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds. Upon arrival, we make sure the beds are freshly made for you. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. There is a separate guest toilet in the hallway.

The bright and cosy living room has a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV with foreign package. From the living room, you have access to the spacious south-facing terrace with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture and terrace heating. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the Veerse Meer until late in the evening.

The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, a combi microwave, a fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and high chair. There is room for your (electric) bikes in the indoor storage room.

Your pet is welcome in this flat.

On the car park of Résidence Marina and on the general car park of the marina there are two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car. The charging station can be used against payment by means of a charging pass.

The North Sea beach is a 15-minute cycle ride from Résidence Marina Kamperland, where you can enjoy one of the widest beaches in the Netherlands! This is also the right place for nature lovers. From your apartment you can walk within a few minutes to the nature reserve De Schotsman, where you will be treated to colourful scenery.
 
Do you like to go out by boat and do you want to interrupt the sailing with a few days of luxury in Résidence Marina Kamperland? That is possible! We will be happy to put you in contact with our harbour master for a safe spot for your boat, while you enjoy the luxury of your apartment!
