Duinvallei 22 is a spacious, luxurious, 7-person holiday villa situated at a great waterfront location. The villa is wheelchair accessible and suitable for the disabled.
The cozy living room is wonderfully bright and through the glass front across the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you can enjoy the Zeeland light. By opening the garden doors you connect the living room to the terrace. In the living room is a comfortable sitting area with cozy gas fireplace, 4K smart TV with ambilight and soundbar. A large dining table invites you to dine cozy. 

The luxurious, open kitchen is equipped with modern quality appliances: a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen is at the level of the induction hob and sink adapted for guests who use a wheelchair.

The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom, a second bedroom for two persons and the single bedroom are equipped with 2.20 meters long electric beds that are not only adjustable at the head and foot end but also in height. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. At the same time, up to three people using a wheelchair can stay in the villa. The two double rooms suitable for guests using a wheelchair have electric curtains and are equipped with TV. 

In addition to the guest toilet (not adapted), the villa has two modern bathrooms (one accessible from the master bedroom) which are of course also on the ground floor: both bathrooms have a washbasin with tap with shower head for hair washing and accessible for guests in wheelchairs, both bathrooms have a height-adjustable (42 - 50 cm) toilet with supporting folding handles and 120 x 120 cm large shower rooms with rain showers and shower seats. There is a shower wheelchair available.

The terrace, facing southwest, is accessible from the living room and equipped with garden furniture including two sun beds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. There is also a waterfront terrace available. Here you can enjoy the sun on the water or admire the beautiful sunset in the evening. 

The holiday villa has an indoor storage room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge/freezer. The villa is equipped with an electric charging station*. 

There is a cot and a high chair in every villa. There is parking space for up to two cars. 

A pet is welcome in this villa.

*To use the charging station, you must use a charging card. You can borrow a charging card from reception for a fee (please note, subject to availability).
