On the first floor are two bedrooms. One bedroom with three single box spring beds and a bedroom with a twin bed. There is a spacious bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. There is a separate guest toilet in the hall. The spacious living room has a flat screen TV with digital smart TV and doors to the sunny terrace. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an oven/grill, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. In the garage is a washing machine and a tumble dryer and an extra fridge-freezer.
