The house is situated on a spacious plot with a sunny terrace with a small roof. The garden faces south and after a day on the water it is wonderful to enjoy the large lounge sofa. The garden house is for private use.

The entrance of the house offers access to three bedrooms, one with a double bed (double mattrass) and two with two singlebeds. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bath, bidet and toilet. There is a separate guest toilet. From the hall you also have access to the cozy living room with a flat screen television and a cozy wood stove. Weather or no weather, here you can always enjoy your holiday in atmosphere. The open kitchen is equipped with comfort built-in appliances, including an oven/grill, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. In the storage room is a washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
