From the hall you have access to the spacious living room with large sliding French doors to the sunny south-facing terrace. The living room has two cozy sitting areas with a Smart TV and fireplace.  The new kitchen with cooking island is equipped with all possible luxury appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven with steam and grill function, fridge-freezer, microwave combi oven, cceramic hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy a drink at the bar of the cooking island while cooking. From the spacious living kitchen you have direct access to the lovely garden through the French doors.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have swiss sense boxspring beds. The luxurious bathroom offers a true spa experience. You can relax in the luxurious, spacious sauna for 4 persons with LED lighting in adjustable colours. There is also a rain shower, hand shower and a separate toilet.

The second spacious and luxurious bathroom is located on the first floor. It is equipped with a bath, rain shower and washbasin. The two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with twin beds and television. There is a separate guest toilet. In the storage room you can find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. There is parking for two cars at the house.
