This luxurious and modern equipped 8-person holiday villa with two floors, is recently renovated and is very attractively furnished. This villa is located near the banks of the beautiful Veerse Meer and the nature reserve De Schotsman.

The spacious bright living room with open kitchen is equipped with a cozy gas fireplace, flat screen SMART TV with digital television and additional foreign channels.
Through the sliding doors you have access to a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and the sheltered garden with lots of privacy.

The large 8-seater dining table connects the living area with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher and combined espresso/ filter coffee machine. The house has a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed with a flatscreen tv and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Furthermore, a bathroom with a shower, bath and sink. In the hall at the entrance you will find the toilet and the stairs to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms and separate toilet. The master bedroom has doors to a lovely balcony and is equipped with a double bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom is equipped with a sun-shower and sink.

The house has a storage room with a washing machine. The parking space next to the house offers ample parking for two cars, there is also a chargingstation for electric cars (type 2/ Mennekes connection)
