Wij, Agatha en Wim Beeke, hebben dit vakantiehuis in Haamstede vanaf 1997 in bezit. Voor die tijd waren onze ouders de gelukkige eigenaren. Zowel onze ouders als ons eigen gezin hebben op dit plekje zeer veel jaren fijne vakanties doorgebracht. Vooral voor kinderen, maar toch ook voor ouderen, is het een goede uitvalbasis voor rust, zon, zee, bos en strand.
Het perceel grond is 625 M2 en omgeven door een heg, veilig voor kinderen en huisdieren.
Per 2022 is het huis in principe gas-vrij. De nog wel aanwezige cv-installatie is dan voor verwarmen en warm water niet meer nodig. Met de zonnepanelen wordt genoeg energie opgewekt voor het koken op inductie, warmtepomp voor verwarmen en koelen (airco), vloerverwarming in het woongedeelte en de badkamer plus warm water.
Wij onderhouden het huis zelf. Gemak, gezelligheid en vooral reinheid is ons devies. Op onze website staat het bezettingsoverzicht.
