The holiday home has a very spacious living room with kitchenette. From the house you have a view of the dunes. There are large windows and patio doors to the terrace on the south. There is 1 very large corner sofa.
And under the sloping roof are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140cm by 2m and 2 beds of 90 cm x 2m.

There are shutters everywhere. And has a very neat and well-equipped kitchen, shower and toilet downstairs and small storage room behind the house.

The terrace is facing south with 2 large fixed classic wind screens.
This holiday home is very suitable for renting in the spring, summer, autumn and winter due to the many possibilities and directly on the beach. Renting for 2 weeks is attractive in price. There is a Christmas and New Year's Eve package: rent 4 nights for 2 people €800 + tourist tax, energy and the deposit. And you can stay up to 14 nights.

This beach holiday home DE ZON IN ZEELAND is ready to move in. Everything is there. Made beds, towels, tea towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner bags, garbage bags, hand soap, kitchen roll and toilet paper.
All appliances have been renewed. New is internet + smart TV. There is a large fridge-freezer, combi oven, a 4-burner gas stove, good combi oven, kettle, mussel cooking pan, mixer, 2 x coffee maker: filter + a Senseo. In the mini shed are the garden chairs, garden cushions, parasol, 2 sun loungers, the washing machine + dryer, BBQ and outside there is a picnic set.
On request: Nespresso, cot, bath + chair.

This beach holiday home is ready in step;
Everything is present: made beds, towels, cleaning products, tea towels, dishcloth, hand soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper, etc.
The tourist tax is 2.11 per person per night.
The energy costs are settled afterwards with the deposit.
The deposit is 500 euros and the deposit will be refunded after 14 days.

There is a children's playground and a jeu de boules court.
There are many pavilions on the beach.
Next to the house starts the new nature reserve Nollenbos. You can walk 6 km to Vlissingen without crossing 1 road or street.
Vlissingen is an old port city. With a large square with terraces. In Domburg and at Neeltje Jans there are 2 x large subtropical swimming pools.
And the sea is 1 large public swimming pool with showers.

When booking you will receive 2 telephone numbers.
This house has its own parking space: no. 41.
Arrival 5 pm and departure 11 am.
Please upon departure:
-- tidy up everything you have used and leave it clean.
-- remove all beds and collect all laundry so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily. Please call us when you leave because there is only 1 parking space no. 41. Then the laundry can be collected.
