This is an older classic state holiday home and the house is ready to move into.
There is also another beach vacation home.

This house has large windows and patio doors overlooking the dunes. Located in a very small car-free park, on a meadow, with a view of the dunes and you can walk to the beach.
1 private parking space no. 41.
Has shutters everywhere to keep it cool, a well-equipped kitchen diner, a narrow spiral staircase to the 2 bedrooms under the sloping roof.
The terrace is south facing with fixed windbreaks.
The really spacious living room with patio doors to the terrace + the large windows overlooking the dunes give a real "holiday feeling".

The house is move-in ready. Everything is there.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent, vacuum cleaner bags, garbage bags, hand soap, kitchen roll and toilet paper.
All appliances have been updated.
There is a BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, combi oven, a 4-burner gas stove, kettle, mixer, 2 x coffee maker: a filter and a Senseo. On request: there is a small Nespresso, BBQ.
The smart TV with chromecast works via WiFi and via your own telephone. If you have Ziggo, KPN or Delta yourself, you can use them.
Cot, bath + chair on request.

There is contactless rental.
When booking you will be given 2 telephone numbers for key collection.
And you get a tour of the house. You immediately check the house if everything is to your satisfaction. Someone can come to the house in case of problems.

Guests tidy up and clean the house for the next guests. There is 1 x cost for administration and service, purchase, replenishment to make the house ready to move in and to check for the next guests. That's for the extra things weeds, grass, maintains appliances, descale, buy and replenish for keeping the house ready to move in.
New guests receive a small tour upon arrival and immediately check the house. Please collect all laundry so that nothing has to be washed unnecessarily. Then the laundry can be picked up. Please call that you are leaving or are going to leave. Because there is only 1 parking space.

The rental is per week.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Last minute is a minimum of 3 nights.
The rental price consists of the basic rent
+ the rent per person per week 22.50
+ 1 x administration, purchase, replenishment and checking of the house
The house is ready in step;
Everything is there: bed linen, towels, cleaning products, tea towels, dish cloth, hand soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper, is something to purchase it yourself. And report it right away so it can be taken with you,
The tourist tax is 2.05 per person per night.
The energy costs are settled afterwards with the deposit.

Next to the house, the large walking park starts 6 km to the boulevard of Vlissingen. In that park there is a large sauna and a canoe pond.
Vlissingen is an old harbor town, with museums, a reptile house and a swimming pool. There is a large subtropical swimming pool in Domburg.
