Cadzand is the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands, on the border with Belgium. A visit to one of the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent or Knokke should therefore definitely be on your agenda. But Cadzand itself also offers you a lot of cosiness with many restaurants and terraces both in the village and on the beach. The beaches of Cadzand are among the most beautiful beaches the Netherlands has to offer. In addition to the many walks, there are also many bicycle routes that lead you along the coast, through the dune areas, along country roads to various characteristic villages.A visit to the Zwin is definitely worthwhile, it is a mudflat area with lots of flora and fauna, and thus a true paradise for birds.
